Apple and Cinnamon Oat Bites

   – Ingredients:

     – 1 cup rolled oats

     – 1 apple, peeled and grated

     – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

     – 1 ripe banana, mashed

     – 1 egg

   – Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, grated apple, cinnamon, mashed banana, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Form small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm.
  5. Let cool and serve.

   – Nutritional Benefits:

Carrots are high in vitamin A for vision, and lentils provide protein and iron for growth and energy.
